IFS is hiring a Program Manager for its newly formed Program Management team in India, working with EST and UK time zones. The role manages complex enterprise-level projects for large customers, including AI assistant implementations, workshops, dependencies, resources, risks, reporting, and handover to customer success. It requires 7+ years of program or project management experience, enterprise technology or SaaS experience, AI and conversational AI knowledge, API and integration skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; travel of up to 20% is required.
