IFS is hiring a Program Manager for its newly formed Program Management team in India, working with EST and UK time zones. The role manages complex enterprise-level projects for large customers, including AI assistant implementations, workshops, dependencies, resources, risks, reporting, and handover to customer success. The position requires 7+ years of program or project management experience, enterprise technology or SaaS experience, AI and conversational AI knowledge, technical skills with APIs and integrations, and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. The role offers flexible and hybrid work opportunities and requires travel of up to 20%.
