Description
The Program Manager I is responsible for the success of smaller Stratospheric Balloon and Radar programs, including cost, schedule, performance, subcontractor management, contracts, ERP project setup, bid and proposal support, and customer relationship development. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field, five years of related experience or equivalent experience, familiarity with EVMS reporting, and experience with US government acquisition and Department of Defense and Intelligence Community processes.
