Amazon is hiring a Program Manager II to own the worldwide third-party accessories reclassification program. The role manages SOPs and adoption across North America, Europe, and the rest of the world; automates classification with AI and internal tools; translates dashboards into business-review insights; manages seller enforcement; and expands classification and reporting mechanisms into Ring, Blink, and eero. The position requires at least three years of program or project management experience, process-improvement experience, a bachelor's degree, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and cross-functional experience with technology and non-technology teams.
