Description
Avnet is hiring a Manufacturing Program Manager to oversee one or more multi-million-dollar complex manufacturing programs. The role leads customer-focused teams through new product or platform introductions, coordinates production readiness, ramp-up modeling, master production schedules, and delivery to customers, and manages cross-functional teams across engineering, logistics, supply chain, quality, contracts, and operations. The position requires at least three years of experience in a multidisciplinary fast-paced manufacturing environment, a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and experience leading cross-functional teams.
