Blue Canyon Technologies is hiring a full-time Program Manager II for its Lafayette, Colorado location. The role leads space hardware missions across commercial, defense, restricted, and NASA programs, managing the full program life cycle from business development and requirements through manufacturing, integration, testing, and on-orbit operations. Responsibilities include system design, trade studies, procurement, subcontract management, customer engagement, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and flight program execution. The position requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, an engineering or business management degree with an engineering background, and strong systems engineering and technical management skills. Compensation is $105,000–$150,000, with employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision benefits.
