Eaton’s IS AER FMC division is hiring a fully onsite Program Manager II in Los Angeles, California, to lead aerospace new-product-development programs, integrated product teams, customer programs, contracts, pricing, and project delivery. The role manages program profit and loss, earned-value and quality metrics, risks, change management, customer expectations, and program status reporting, with approximately 10% travel required. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of program-management experience, U.S. eligibility under ITAR, and no relocation benefit; candidates must be within 50 miles of Los Angeles unless they are active-duty military service members.
