MercyFirst is hiring a full-time Program Manager to operate a 10-bed Pregnant, Postpartum, Parenting residential site in Brooklyn, New York. The role supervises the milieu team, maintains a safe and secure environment, supports youth and families through structured routines and treatment activities, documents behaviors, coordinates staff scheduling, and oversees unit expenses and payroll. The position requires a related bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience or a high school diploma/equivalent with five years of residential care experience, a valid driver’s license, evening and weekend availability, required training, FDNY fire-drill fitness, and infant and early childhood care certification. Compensation is $55,000 to $57,000 per year, with a $1,000 hiring bonus after 500 worked hours and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
