CRS is hiring a Program Manager II - Emergency to manage and provide technical oversight of the Country Program’s emergency programming in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The role supervises project teams, leads emergency preparedness and response planning, develops MEAL systems, pursues new funding, writes technical proposals, oversees capacity strengthening and partnerships, and ensures project expenditures. It requires a master’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of field-based project management experience, English and Amharic language skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%. The position is for Ethiopian nationals only and is on a definite term through September 30, 2027, with possible extension.
