Description
CRS is recruiting a MEAL Technical Advisor/Consultant to lead monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning design and implementation for an anticipated multi-country child protection, family care, and early childhood development project. The role will develop data collection and reporting systems, oversee milestone verification and donor compliance, provide technical assistance to government and partner MEAL systems, support learning and knowledge management, and lead cross-country program performance. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least seven years of relevant experience, strong data analysis and reporting skills, English fluency, and willingness to travel up to 35%.
