Description

CRS is hiring a Program Manager II – OCHA – CAR to manage and provide technical oversight of a large multisectoral emergency response project in Bossangoa, Central African Republic. The role leads consortium partners, emergency response and recovery programming, project quality, MEAL, partnerships, proposals, budgeting, and staff development, and requires at least five years of relevant field-based project management experience, fluent French and English, and willingness to travel up to 50%. The assignment is anticipated to last nine months and is contingent on donor funding approval.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Development, International Relations, WASH, Protection, or Food Security
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of relevant field-based project management experience, preferably including 3 years in emergency response
Experience managing moderately complex projects
Experience working closely with local partner organizations
Experience managing OCHA/CBPF projects
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in international development, WASH, Food Security, or Protection
Experience in an international NGO
