Description
The Program Manager II supports department or program leadership by managing the operations and personnel of a large or complex program or multiple programs. Responsibilities include scheduling and supervising staff, managing projects and budgets, coordinating meetings, preparing funding proposals, representing the program to stakeholders, evaluating program effectiveness, and developing program goals and strategies. The role requires PTCB/NHA certification, prefers a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and education, and prefers knowledge of EPIC and Pyxis ES. The position is associated with the Pharmacy department at Mount Sinai Hospital.
