Description
The L5 Program Manager at Amazon SSD network will strategically plan, lead, and execute small to medium-scale projects and programs that improve operational excellence, customer experience, delivery speed, and efficiency. The role manages 2–3 programs end to end, develops project plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks KPIs and milestones, creates executive reports, and launches and scales initiatives. Basic qualifications include at least three years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, or three years of Amazon experience, plus a flexible schedule that may include weekends, nights, and holidays.
