Description
Google is hiring a Program Manager to lead capacity planning for Google Cloud AI/ML product portfolios. The role coordinates stakeholders across sales, customer engineering, professional services, product, and engineering; analyzes customer usage and demand; forecasts resource needs; identifies and mitigates capacity bottlenecks; reviews performance metrics; and develops tooling and automation with engineering teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, five years of program or project management experience, and experience in supply or demand planning and supply chain analytics. Compensation is $159,000–$230,000 USD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
