Description
The Program Supervisor oversees a residential program serving adults with disabilities and/or brain injuries, coordinating care, supporting individual support plans, supervising staff, managing program operations, and providing emergency coverage. The role works in a home environment, follows safety, infection-control, medication, and incident-reporting protocols, and requires a high school diploma or GED, related-field experience, a supervisory experience or additional related-field experience, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer literacy. The schedule is Sun–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with rotating 24-hour on-call coverage.
