Description
The People Concern is hiring a full-time Program Manager for its Inside Safe housing program in Los Angeles. The role leads five case managers, supervises and trains staff, coordinates with partner agencies, supports client screening and enrollment, maintains accurate data and reporting, audits compliance, and responds to emergencies. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, three years of outreach experience with homeless individuals, extensive experience with severe mental illness and co-occurring disorders, and at least one year of management or supervisory experience preferred.
