Description
The Program Manager, Office of Integrated Credentialing leads and coordinates credentialing programs and projects across Keck Medicine of USC, including provider database management, credentialing audits, health-plan updates, medical-group privileging, peer review, policy development, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. The role manages project plans and schedules, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, supports leadership communication, and oversees staff performance. It requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field, three years of medical staff services or credentialing experience, and NAMSS certification; the annual base salary range is $99,507.00 to $164,559.00.
