Description

The People Concern is hiring a full-time Program Manager for its Interim Housing Program in Santa Monica, California. The role supervises Case Managers and Line Staff, oversees shelter operations, staffing, intake, housing referrals, documentation, compliance, training, and program development, and provides crisis intervention and triage. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, at least two years of nonprofit experience serving homeless or mentally ill populations, two years of case management experience, crisis intervention skills, on-call availability, and a valid California driver’s license.
