Amazon is hiring a Program Manager Intern to support the growth of its European network by collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking open actions, analyzing data and processes, identifying operational bottlenecks and risks, recommending network improvements, and developing long-term solutions. The role requires advanced Microsoft Excel, fluency in Spanish and English, a relevant university degree, and availability for 3–6 months full time. Interns will be based in Barcelona or Madrid and may receive relocation support.
