Adobe is hiring a Business Change Manager (IT) in Seattle, Washington, to bridge technology delivery and business adoption. The role develops change strategies and roadmaps, conducts customer analyses and change impact assessments, builds relationships with executive sponsors and business leaders, creates communications and adoption strategies, partners with line-of-business and product teams, measures readiness and adoption, and drives AI adoption. The position requires approximately 10 years of experience guiding business transformations, structured change-management expertise, leadership mentoring, communication and critical-thinking skills, and experience developing role-based learning experiences; AI tools familiarity and sales and marketing systems implementation knowledge are preferred. The U.S. pay range is $127,400 to $260,350 annually, with a California range of $179,800 to $260,350.
