Centene is hiring a remote Program Manager IV within the continental United States to lead large-scale, cross-functional strategic programs and complex enterprise-wide projects. The role oversees program planning, scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, executive communications, dashboards, training, and escalation of issues, while coordinating project managers and business analysts. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 8 years of program or project management experience are required; healthcare or managed care experience and PMP or PgMP certification are preferred. The position pays $87,700 to $157,800 per year and does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship.
