CBX Solutions is hiring a Program Manager, K-12 to develop and lead a nationwide K-12 market program across its commercial doors, security, life safety, and services businesses. The role creates go-to-market strategies, playbooks, sales tools, vendor and procurement resources, market intelligence, strategic account plans, training, and performance metrics, while supporting branch teams and traveling throughout the United States. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience and at least seven years of relevant experience, with up to 50% travel and work in office and warehouse environments.
