Kraken is hiring a senior client-program manager to lead the technical orchestration of major client transformation programs. The role partners with distribution-company executives and technology stakeholders, defines program governance and success criteria, manages Kraken platform localisation and migration, directs internal developers and external partners, supports client business needs, and sets up training programs. The position requires strong program management, technical aptitude, business acumen, communication, and prior experience with complex technology implementation or migration programs, software adaptation, deployment and integration, and CIS, metering, or CRM implementations in the utilities industry. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
