Description
The Program Manager, LAC will oversee IRI’s grant portfolio and regional programs across Latin America and the Caribbean, including project-team leadership, country-strategy development, grant compliance, budget and financial oversight, proposal development, stakeholder coordination, and external relations. The hybrid position is based in Washington, DC, with three days per week in the office, and is contingent on funding availability. Candidates need an undergraduate degree in political science, international relations, or a related field, at least five years of democratic governance and politics experience, extensive USG-funded project experience, financial management experience, and fluency in Spanish and English. The anticipated annual compensation is $80,000 to $90,000 USD, with health, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and professional-development benefits.
