Description
Stratolaunch is hiring a Principal Program Manager – Launch Platforms to lead aircraft-level launch-platform operations, readiness, integration, modification, maintenance, and mission-readiness activities for hypersonic flight-test campaigns. The role manages cross-functional teams, aircraft resource plans, cost and schedule performance, technical risks, government and commercial contracts, customer engagement, and executive reporting. It requires at least 15 years of progressive aerospace program management, aircraft operations, flight-test integration, or mission-execution experience, a strong technical background, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance. The position is based onsite in Mojave, California, with a 9/80 schedule, approximately 15% or less travel, and a base salary of $164,000–$194,400.
