Description
The Program Manager Lead (PML) at Forvia is responsible for managing all manufacturing deliverables for programs of medium complexity, covering the design validation phase up to six months after Start-of-Production (SOP). This includes ensuring manufacturability, developing and validating the complete production system, and overseeing the manufacturing team's functional management. The PML ensures manufacturing feasibility by reviewing designs early, implementing production system changes, monitoring and approving manufacturing processes, supporting Quality and Operations with PPAP, and managing financial aspects like timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
