Description
The Program Manager, Learning & Development will plan, execute, and oversee learning and development programs supporting Mastercard’s strategic objectives. The role covers learning needs analysis, curriculum and instructional design, cross-functional program execution, stakeholder and resource management, risk and quality control, data analysis, benchmarking, process improvement, and team leadership. Candidates should have program or project management experience, curriculum and instructional design experience, cross-functional team management experience, proficiency with project management and L&D tools, and strong analytical and communication skills. Advanced project management or L&D credentials are preferred. The role is based in O'Fallon, Missouri, with a base salary of $112,000–$179,000 USD.
