Description
The Program Manager, Learning & Development will plan, execute, and oversee learning and development programs supporting Mastercard’s strategic objectives. The role covers experience design, curriculum and instructional design, cross-functional program execution, stakeholder and resource management, risk and quality assurance, data analysis, benchmarking, process improvement, and team leadership. Candidates should have program or project management experience, curriculum and instructional design experience, cross-functional team management experience, and proficiency with project management software and L&D tools. The position is based in O'Fallon, Missouri, with a base salary of $112,000–$179,000 USD.
