Description
The Constructive Dialogue Institute is hiring a full-time, remote Program Manager, Live Programs to own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-session, multi-stakeholder partner engagements. The role serves as the partner-facing lead, coordinates educators and participants, improves delivery systems using Airtable, HubSpot, and Asana, and leads evaluation and analytics work with the Research team. The position requires at least three years of program or project management experience, strong partner relationship and communication skills, and the ability to work with data and evaluation tools. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000, with health, vision, dental, retirement matching, professional development, and remote-work support.
