Description
The Constructive Dialogue Institute is hiring a full-time, remote Program Manager, Live Programs to own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-session, multi-stakeholder training and educational engagements. The role leads partner-facing relationships, educator coordination, participant communications, delivery-system improvements, evaluation alignment with the Research team, and analytics. It requires at least three years of program or project management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Zoom, HubSpot, Asana, and Airtable. The position reports to the Director of Live Programs, offers health, vision, and dental coverage, and pays $75,000–$85,000 for a U.S.-based remote role starting around December 1.
