Description

Amazon Logistics Japan is hiring a Program Manager to own quality assurance and operational expansion of its Merchant Fulfilled Network pickup program. The role analyzes the seller-to-fulfillment-center package flow, identifies quality gaps and failure patterns, develops improvement plans, tracks seller-facing quality metrics, and supports site readiness and expansion milestones. It partners with ACES teams, Delivery Stations, Sort Centers, Fulfillment Centers, and global product teams, and requires advanced Excel, SQL, English, and Japanese fluency.
