VusionGroup is seeking a Program Manager to manage strategic customer programs across the full project lifecycle, coordinate international project teams, and align internal and external stakeholders. The role owns timelines, budgets, risks, and program quality while collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Product Management, and serves as the primary contact for enterprise customers. Candidates need several years of experience managing complex customer projects, cross-functional leadership experience, strong communication skills, and very good German and English proficiency.
