The Programmes Manager will lead the setup, execution, and handover of real-estate projects focused on existing properties, including legal and financial structuring, stakeholder coordination, building permits, commercial launch, budget and business-plan monitoring, tax structuring, sales and marketing oversight, administrative documentation, dispute handling, and construction compliance. The role requires a B+5 university degree specialized in engineering or real estate and significant initial experience as a Programmes Manager, and is based in Paris or the Île-de-France region, France.
