Description
Spark Power Corp USA is hiring a full-time Program Manager, Major Projects in Phoenix, Arizona, to lead large and complex electrical infrastructure programs spanning high-voltage and low-voltage scopes. The role provides end-to-end program governance across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout; leads internal and external teams; manages resources, risks, reporting, client relationships, and program growth; and coordinates multiple concurrent projects, sites, contractors, and delivery teams. The position requires a bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field, at least five years of progressive electrical infrastructure project or program management experience, and substantial experience with high-voltage and low-voltage systems. It involves office-based work combined with 25–50% travel to active project and client sites, with occasional evening or weekend availability.
