General Matter is hiring a Program Manager to own the operating rhythm of its manufacturing and production organizations and serve as a thought partner to an engineering leader. The role focuses on program visibility, scheduling, dashboards, executive briefings, engineering process design, workflow standardization, risk management, and cross-functional alignment. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to ramp quickly on technical and regulatory subject matter. The base salary is $130,000 to $180,000 annually, with possible long-term incentives and medical, vision, and dental coverage.
