The role manages program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, KPIs, dependencies, stakeholder reporting, and change management while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3–8+ years of program, project, or operations leadership experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency with project management tools.
