Eaton is hiring a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead strategic manufacturing programs from planning through launch, including facility launches, capacity expansions, operational transformations, product transfers, and potential greenfield initiatives. The role manages cross-functional teams, production readiness, automated production lines, Industry 4.0 technologies, EHS and quality systems, budgets, and stakeholder relationships. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 10 years of manufacturing, operations, program management, or related experience, with Slovakia listed as the work location and a gross annual salary range of EUR 73,100 to EUR 107,250.
