Healthcare.com is hiring a Program Manager, Marketplace Operations to own a portfolio of initiatives across Analytics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Sales, and partner-facing teams. The role manages concurrent workstreams, maintains project status and decision documentation, validates progress with SQL and dashboards, identifies cross-functional risks, and transitions completed initiatives to business owners. It requires 4 to 8 years of experience managing complex cross-functional projects, SQL knowledge, performance-KPI fluency, and strong executive communication; experience in health insurance, marketplaces, or related performance environments is preferred.
