mpathic is hiring a Program Manager, Human Data Operations to lead end-to-end delivery of complex AI safety, evaluation, human data, annotation, quality assurance, and red teaming programs. The role begins part-time and may transition to full-time as programs and the Human Data Operations function grow. The manager will own delivery pods, coordinate clinical and other expert teams, manage customer expectations and milestones, establish quality and operational systems, and translate customer and operational needs into reliable delivery. An MD degree and Utah licensure or familiarity with Utah practice laws are required, along with experience managing complex annotation, QA, clinical, research, or related programs.
