Description
The Program Manager - MDM serves as the primary liaison between project teams, execution teams, and clients, owning the full project lifecycle from initiation through closeout. The role manages client relationships, project resources, scope, quality, time, cost, risks, budgets, KPIs, documentation, reporting, and team performance, while supporting pre-sales scoping and identifying new business opportunities. The position requires extensive experience in eCommerce, product content or data, supply chain, or business strategy/consulting, along with MDM implementation, project management, DevOps, and stakeholder-management experience.
