LufCo is seeking an experienced Program Manager in Annapolis Junction, Maryland to lead the cost, schedule, staffing, performance, and risk management of a complex government contract. The role serves as a primary interface with government stakeholders, manages program resources and deliverables, leads cross-functional teams, supports contract modifications, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives workforce readiness. Candidates need 15+ years of experience managing complex programs or projects, government contracting expertise, and active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph; PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level III certification is preferred.
