Harris County Public Health is hiring a full-time, grant-funded Medical Reserve Corps Program Manager to recruit and coordinate medical and non-medical volunteers, manage grants and program evaluation, develop training and exercise plans, maintain volunteer databases, and support emergency response activities. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of relevant experience, public health and emergency response knowledge, volunteer management skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The position is based at Harris County Public Health in Houston, Texas.
