Coupang Eats is hiring a full-time Program Manager to accelerate merchant experience growth through data-driven insights, process improvement, project ownership, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. The role analyzes merchant, customer, and delivery data; plans initiatives across the merchant onboarding-to-sales lifecycle; and partners with strategy, legal, PR, engineering, finance, and other stakeholders. Candidates need 10+ years of experience in planning, data analysis, business operations, or related fields, along with SQL, hypothesis-driven analysis, project ownership, and strong communication skills.
