Description
Amazon is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the centralized Missing From Inbound (MFI) program across Rest of World network operations. The role coordinates operations and program teams, manages end-to-end ticket lifecycles, SLA adherence, loss reduction, process standardization, and automation; partners with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement scalable solutions; and improves reporting, data availability, and program performance. The position may require rotating shifts and requires strong analytical, Excel, SQL, project-management, stakeholder-management, and communication skills, along with at least three years of relevant program or project-management experience and a bachelor's degree.
