Description
The role leads large-scale military communications and command-and-control programs, coordinating sub-project leads and development teams across multiple locations. Responsibilities include prioritizing functionalities, managing implementation sequences and proof of delivery, overseeing evidence, test campaigns, and acceptance planning with the client, managing partners and suppliers, and resolving technical and schedule conflicts. The position requires a relevant engineering or computer science degree, extensive experience leading complex IT or network projects, team and partner-management experience, architecture and test-assessment ability, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel worldwide.
