Tether is hiring a Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic mining initiatives in Central America. The role oversees exploration, technical studies, permitting, operational readiness, stakeholder engagement, regulatory relations, budgets, risks, governance, reporting, and compliance across multidisciplinary teams and external consultants. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least six years of progressive mining experience including three to five years managing complex programs or portfolios, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and proficiency in program management tools and Spanish and English.
