Amazon is hiring a Program Manager for the North America Flex Business Optimization, Strategy, and Scaling (B.O.S.S.) Team. The role owns long-term business improvement strategy and initiatives focused on cost, quality, delivery partner experience, and expansion, using data and KPIs to inform operational and technical solutions. The manager will collaborate with finance, marketing, capacity management, data science, engineering, and program management; make resource trade-offs; define scalable processes; and implement short- and long-term solutions for business pain points. The position is based in Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
