Catholic Charities Boston is hiring a Program Manager to manage and deliver a skills-training program for nursing assistants and home health aides preparing for the Massachusetts state exam and careers in healthcare. The role includes classroom and laboratory instruction, curriculum oversight, student assessment and documentation, clinical practicum supervision, instructor hiring and supervision, student intake and orientation, and travel to nursing homes and other local locations. Candidates must hold a current Massachusetts nursing license, have allied-health training and workforce-development experience, prior teaching experience, and prior nursing-facility experience; bilingual ability and Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Teams proficiency are preferred or required.
