General Matter is hiring a Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across external affairs, government engagement, community relations, operations, and internal cross-functional teams. The role supports permitting, regulatory and government coordination, public outreach, stakeholder communications, executive briefings, risk management, and special projects while helping establish scalable program management processes. Candidates need at least seven years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to work extended hours and weekends. The base salary is $170,000 to $200,000 annually, with possible long-term incentives and medical, vision, and dental coverage.
