Amazon is hiring a Program Manager to own end-to-end program management for North American delivery programs in Business Operations. The role will define operating models, build scalable processes and playbooks, establish KPI reporting and business review mechanisms, coordinate cross-functional delivery with transportation, operations, finance, engineering, and 3PL partners, analyze network performance, and manage trade-offs between speed, cost, and service quality. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, advanced Excel and SQL skills, and cross-functional experience; it is based in Nashville, Tennessee, with a base salary of $104,100 to $155,400 annually.
